Teen Issues Project
The teen issue project is a project that focuses on controversial teen issues that most people may come across during their teenage years. For my subject, my partner and I chose teen suicide. When the project started we had to make a binder with information which we got from the internet and different periodicals and highlight key information such as the definition of the issue, causes, effects, and potential solutions. We also had to make a works cited page for each piece of information we got from either the internet or the periodicals and put it in our binder. My partner and I came across this topic and really wanted to do it because we have personally experienced teen suicide and we want to prevent other teens from committing any future suicides by educating them about the effects on society afterwards.

Overall Grade and Feelings About the PSA
The grade I got on this PSA was an A or 280/300 I felt great about this grade because I worked really hard on this PSA and I feel like my partner and I did as much as possible to do this PSA but after revising it I finally got my full 300/300. I felt like this PSA project was really fun but very very rushed. I think if we had more time spent making these, it would be more professional and look better but otherwise the way my PSA turned out was really good. I hope that future students in Jill's class will learn a lot more from this project and hopefully have more time to make these PSA's really nice. |
