Reflection
1. As the project manager, I would like to think that I did a good job. I was able to maintain my group to stay active when working on our project whether it be actually working on the computer or coming up with ideas to make it better. I kept my layout designer on one computer, organizing, laying out, and making it more physically appealing while I had my graphic artist on the other computer, creating drawings, coloring, and thinking of new things to put on the infographic. The content I came up with was pretty good. It was easily understandable and possibly shocking to others who don't know the subject to make this more interesting for people to read. At the bottom everything was cited and sourced so I had no problem with people looking for the facts and the people from the website would have credit for their information as well. As my graphic artist and layout designer worked on the computer, I was between them both, giving them some feedback, ideas, and helping them pay attention in order to get all our work done on time. In this way we were able to finish a lot earlier than other groups, giving us time to even work on the new project we are going to make.
2. My role was to gather information to put into the infographic as well as keeping my group on task to work.
3. A. The layout manager was reliable and good at working. She was able to keep on working in order to make changes on how the infographic would look and in the end it turned out really well. I thought that the way she connected each panel was very creative and appealing to all the viewers. The fonts she might have picked was a little bit hard to read unfortunately and I had to step in to make the changes, however she was able to organize the texts and make it readable after the changes, making the fonts brighter and stand out. As she was in charge of layout, she continued to help me out by giving me ways to shorten my facts, and make it less text, more pictures. She was also able to help the graphic artist when he was struggling to make a hard graphic, so she stepped in and helped draw things he planned to draw. Overall our layout designer got her work done and was able to make our layout amazing.
B. The graphic artist was also very hard working. No matter what drawings he ended up doing, they turned out very good and was able to make changes to make it his own version. He was a master at Adobe Illustrator which helped out a lot and he was very fast at drawing even hard pictures. As I looked over his work he continued to draw and make it look better and found out some creative ways to draw and represent things. I was very pleased with his work ethics and we were able to complete the drawings faster than I had expected. Although he was very good in his own work, I unfortunately can't say that he was very good at helping us with our work. He would finish his work but he never really had an input in my work or the layout designer. Although he wasn't the greatest group member, he did do his work in order to have us complete our graphic design and make it look very physically appealing, and since he did that I was still pleased with his work and able to forgive the fact he didn't go through ours. In all our graphic artist was a very good worker.

Extra Reflections
I felt really good about this project. It was very fun to work on and the end product came out very nice. I did, however, feel like there may have been some flaws in this project. This includes the critique process, I did feel like it helped me but I don’t think that everyone belonged on that certain topic since some people do not have the expertise on art than some other people in class. I also did not like the amount of time we had on this project. Even though we finished early, I still felt like there could’ve been a lot more we could’ve done. I hope that in the future maybe the timing and critiques for projects like this can be a lot better but overall I liked the way this project was set up and had lots of fun making an infograph than not doing anything with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
