Photo of the Week
This week's photo of the week was about animals and rule of thirds.
The rule of thirds is an imaginary grid which makes nine equal squares
that a photographer or artist uses to draw attention to the image by placing
the most important things on the lines and where they intersect or
"power points". In this picture the wolf follows up on the upper right hand
power point drawing the attention to the people looking at the picture.
This week's theme was also student choice once more. However, we had to take 2 pictures
of a subject and had to incorporate filling the frame. In these pictures I took a picture of a
patch of grass. Although the picture does not seem interesting in the first one the second
one seemed a lot more interesting as it was a new perspective of the grass and it looked
very awesome to see grass fill up the frame. I think seeing the first picture after looking
at the second picture will keep the viewer very interested
